Return + Exchange Policy
If you're not loving what you got, send it back! Dotted i gives you 10 days from when your order was delivered to send it back for a store credit. We do not issue refunds!
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, with tags attached, free of makeup, deodorant, stains, perfume, and animal hair, or you will NOT receive store credit.
Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase, and has all of your order information and order number on it. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
Any and all discount and BOGO items are not eligible for return or exchange! If you return a final sale item, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit.
Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order. Please email us at shopdottediboutique@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.
We do not offer exchanges.
